About

Beckemeyer is a Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary artist, designer, publisher, and synthesist. His work seeks not only to speak but to listen—to respond and adapt, creating an evolving conversation with its audience and context. It reflects on our collective memory cycles, building new worlds for us to experience together.





Ryan built his career by working within communal structures focused on collective growth and visibility. Through his studio practice, he has worked alongside a variety of artists and technologists in establishing their voices as well as providing workshops and exhibitions out of his home and project space. This DIY ethos carries into his work to this day through the studio’s mentorship, programs, and publishing.

As a designer, Ryan focuses on the practical applications of systems and how they foster collaboration and strengthen design communities. His work is rooted in building connections, contributing to global design culture, and ensuring our work is meaningful and inclusive.
